Lendlease and DevelopmentWA have reached the decision not to proceed with the Waterbank development. 

DevelopmentWA will now investigate alternative options to develop this site.

Trinity Avenue Works 

Lendlease continues to work with DevelopmentWA to construct the Trinity Avenue permanent road and associated services. 
 
Final design and civil works will soon be underway to complete this construction.
 
Access to Trinity College is currently via the existing Trinity College entry on Nelson Crescent and Braithwaite Street or via the temporary access road off the Causeway.  
 
All motorists, cyclists and pedestrians should follow the direction of traffic management signage and be aware of any changed conditions.
